At last, my mother-in-law's pain was managed and she was cared for with compassion and sensitivity
My mother-in-law came from the hospital after spending time in two residential homes. From the moment we walked through the door the staff were friendly, caring and sensitive to the needs of the patient.
At last, my mother-in-law's pain was managed and she was cared for with compassion and sensitivity. At a difficult time, I can't explain how reassuring it was to know that she was, at last, having the best care she deserved. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

In my view the standard of care and nursing they gave Mum was outstanding
My mother came to Mount Olivet for end of life care. In the time Mum was there, I found the attitude of every staff member I met, from kitchen staff to housekeeping to care assistants, to nurses, to managers and admin/finance, absolutely outstanding - they were so helpful and caring and concerned and professional.
They were all a great source of comfort to me and our family. They really helped to relieve the stress we were under because we knew Mum was in very safe and caring hands.
In my view the standard of care and nursing they gave Mum was outstanding.
